Maintenance and reliability
Regular maintenance helps protect shrink wrapping quality. Seal condition, film handling, conveyor belts and tunnel cleanliness all affect finished pack quality and line uptime.

Check seal area cleanliness, film path, product guides, emergency stops, tunnel belt and any build-up that could mark film or affect airflow.
Inspect sealing wire or blade condition, temperature settings and dwell time if seals begin to split, burn or look inconsistent.
Clean tunnel belt and check airflow paths. Poor airflow can create loose corners and inconsistent shrink even when the sealer is working correctly.
