Translate retail presentation into inspection points
Choose the faces a customer sees during display and opening, then mark the film features that matter on each face. Examples for review include seam visibility, gathered corners, loose film and readability of printed information. Use the approved pack sample to resolve disagreements about what “neat” means.
Assess opening as well as display where the pack specification requires it. Describe any expected tear feature or access requirement and ask whether it belongs to the film, the machine or a separate operation. Do not assume a clear wrap automatically provides a validated security function.
