How to plan a representative trial

  1. Identify the component with the lowest acceptable heat exposure or most critical cosmetic requirement.
  2. Use the real container, label, insert and product condition rather than an empty substitute where that would change the result.
  3. Agree the required film and finished-pack appearance before settings are optimised.
  4. Run the most vulnerable and largest samples through the full seal, tunnel and cooling path.
  5. Inspect immediately and again after the pack has cooled and returned to its normal handling condition.
  6. Record the film, settings, starting condition and acceptance evidence for the approved result.

How can a buyer tell whether a product is heat-sensitive?
